The CDK Audit Service delivers to our clients a full understanding of their telco services (Landlines, Voice, VoIP, Data, Internet & Cloud services) based on billing from all carriers (Telstra, Optus, TPG, Vocus, MacTel, etc).
The first phase of our engagement with a new client is our desk audit, where we collect and collate copies of one month’s full billing for all telecommunications services from all carriers normally via supplier portal access. This service requires NO resources from you or your team.
CDK then compile a database listing all services at all sites together with all associated usage and costs.
Once this data entry and initial analysis is complete, a written report is prepared where CDK benchmark your business services utilised and associated costs against other businesses.
